Privacy Policy for Prior: Calibration Trainer

Prior is built for decision-makers who require operational security. Our data model is designed to collect the minimum telemetry necessary to compute calibration scores and maintain the global leaderboard.

1. What We Collect and Why

Authentication Data: If you create an account, we collect your email address, username, or SSO identifiers (Apple/Google) strictly for account access and leaderboard attribution.

Scoring Telemetry: We sync your mathematical calibration data (Brier scores, confidence intervals, resolution timestamps, and category tags) to our servers to calculate rolling averages and populate the global leaderboard.

Local Prediction Integrity: Your raw, plaintext prediction descriptions (the actual content of your journal entries) are your intellectual property. We do not mine, sell, or parse the content of your predictions for third-party monetization or AI training.

2. Third-Party Infrastructure

We use industry-standard infrastructure providers to route and store data. Their respective privacy policies apply to the data they process on our behalf:

• Supabase: Database hosting and Authentication.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and In-App Purchase management.
• Expo: App compilation and crash analytics.
• Apple & Google: Single Sign-On (SSO) auth providers.

3. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You have absolute control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app via the Settings menu. Executing this action triggers a cascade deletion of your profile, scoring history, and leaderboard presence from our active databases.

4. Changes to this Policy

If our underlying data architecture changes, we will update this policy and indicate the new effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes agreement to the updated constraints.
